Appointments may be made up to one day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability. Rescheduling and cancelling your exams must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Exam fees are due in full for No-Shows.
Please arrive at the test center 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Please be prepared to show two forms of personal identifications. One form as a primary ID must be government-issued with name and photo, and one form as a secondary ID with at least a name and signature, or a name and photo. The first and last name on the registration must match exactly the first and last name on the IDs that are presented on test day. Expired IDs are not valid.
Score Report will be issued immediately after the exam is taken at the test center. For those that passed the exam, a certificate will become available after 3 days from the day test was taken. To view/download the certificate, please sign in to Pearson VUE online registration page and click on “View Score Reports.”
If you are using Internet Explore or Edge browser, certificate may not print properly. In such case, please use other type of browsers, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera.
You will not be able to retake the same exam for 12 months if you passed the exam.
You will be able to take the same exam again anytime if you failed the exam.
The Japan Management Association (hereafter referred to as JMA) respects the private nature of information acquired through registrations for exam reservations and the exams themselves (such information includes personal information and attributes of examinees, pass/fail results, scores etc. and is hereafter referred to as "examinee information") and JMA handles this information in accordance with its privacy policy. Note that JMA may disclose the examinee information of an examinee who takes an exam using a voucher to the company who purchased the voucher.
